Project Management encompasses assistance and/or coordination of pre-project aspects of technical specifications, tendering, and contract negotiations.  Project involvement includes general project management (agenda’s, meeting minutes, schedules, action lists etc), technical electrical and mechanical assistance, Compatibility Trials involvement, Install/Commission, and Defect Resolution.
