PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF OVERHAULS

KE Solutions can offer its expertise to assist you in the following areas associated with the Equipment Overhauls for both Longwall and Development equipment:

1. Prepare Summary Overhaul Control Documents including the Scope of Works and Overhaul Schedule

2. Preliminary Meetings and Inspection of Equipment

3. Overall Co-ordination of the Overhaul including update meetings, overall schedule updates; Cost update from variations, task list and general liaison with the Supplier for the course of the overhaul

4. Post Close Out Overhaul Meetings.

KE Solutions will provide labour throughout the Overhaul to monitor and record the repair process on all key pieces of equipment. This includes photographs being taken on arrival, during disassembly, repairs, assembly and final testing. Electronic copies provided on completion of the Overhaul.
